KVKK Notice

This Notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") in order to inform you, as the data subject, about the personal data processed by Anatolian Organics, acting as the data controller, through anatolianorganics.com.tr ("the Site").

• Responding to requests submitted via the contact form,
• Improving the Site and the services offered,
• Ensuring Site security and preventing misuse,

Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK, in cases where the data controller's legitimate interest applies without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms, or where your explicit consent exists (e.g. contact form, cookie consent).

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may only be transferred to the technical infrastructure providers we work with (e.g. email/SMTP provider, hosting service, third-party tools such as Google Analytics/reCAPTCHA if enabled), within the scope of legal obligations. Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request deletion/destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
• Request that the actions above be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
• Object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from analysis via automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages if you suffer a loss due to unlawful processing

regarding your personal data.

How to Apply

To exercise the rights above, you can submit your request in writing to [email protected]. Your request will be concluded as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days, depending on its nature.
